You can book your ticket through our website, or at each port we have a ticket office where you can purchase tickets on the same day, 20–30 minutes before your desired departure.
If you already have your ticket: We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before departure; this is sufficient.
If you do not have your ticket yet: Arrive 20–30 minutes early to buy your ticket at the sales point.
In case of adverse weather conditions and trip cancellation, we will contact you via email to reschedule or refund your ticket. If purchased at the ticket office, you must go to the same location where you bought it. Please keep your ticket in perfect condition. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours must be justified due to force majeure, such as medical reasons or other verifiable circumstances.
Yes, as long as the wheelchair is standard size and weight, non-motorized, and boarding/disembarking is done at one of the following ports: Cala Ratjada, Cala Bona, or Porto Cristo.
